Jim Rudman, CEO of Ashton Tweed, Ltd. has over 25 years of Human Capital Management experience. Since 1982, Jim has held a variety of positions in the staffing industry throughout a diverse cross section of industries and a wide array of corporate sectors. From opening start-up branches of privately held permanent placement and contract staffing companies to holding executive level positions in national placement firms, Jim has gained extensive knowledge of the Human Capital market. Most recently, his experience includes considerable work in all areas of Life Sciences (retained search, interim talent and consulting placement) as well as other industry groups at the director through executive levels.

Jim started his career in Human Capital Management with Technical Aid Corporation, a $100 million privately held Massachusetts corporation. As an Area Manager he was responsible for multiple branches from New York to Washington, D.C. Jim next joined The Placers, Inc., a privately held $3 million regional company located in Wilmington, Delaware. He became President of The Placers and drove the company to over $25 million in revenue by selling major contracts and building specialty niches.

Jim then became the East Coast Region Manager for a division of multi-billion dollar CDI Corporation headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. He had responsibility for a nine state marketplace spanning Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio and Pennsylvania. In this role he was accountable for branches in over 20 cities and $40 million in revenue.

Prior to founding Ashton Tweed, Ltd., Jim was the Vice President of Acsys, Inc, the finance, accounting and information technology division of a multi-billion dollar international company where he was accountable for the East Coast operations from Florida to New York.

Jim is a graduate of Hampshire College in Amherst, MA. He holds a BA degree with a concentration in the Sciences.
