Jordan Warshafsky

Jordan Warshafsky has more than 25 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors of the Life Sciences industry. He has held corporate and division level leadership positions in business development, global marketing and strategic planning. In addition to being responsible for P&L goals for early stage and mature organizations, Jordan has extensive marketing/sales, market research, and licensing/acquisition experience. He has also completed strategic acquisitions for public and private companies.

Prior to joining as a Partner of Ashton Tweed, Jordan served as President and Director of TYRX, Inc., a biotechnology company specializing in polymer drug delivery. Before that, he served as the Vice President, Strategic Development for Integra LifeSciences, a maker of medical and biotech devices.

Jordan has significant big pharma management experience and previously served as Associate Director, Worldwide Franchise Management at Bristol–Myers Squibb. In that position, Jordan was responsible for the worldwide management of hospital anti-infective products. He was also Senior Manager, Worldwide Product and Market Planning, Wound & Skin Care, ConvaTec (a division of Bristol-Myers Squibb) where he was responsible for the acquisition and in-licensing of wound care products and companies.

Jordan holds an MBA and a BS in Earth Science.
