Lisa Goldsborough
Vice President of Client Services

Lisa has over seventeen years of experience in the Life Science Industry with a strong background in supporting the growth of small to mid-size companies. Her professional skill set includes business development, membership development and retention, and extensive program development targeted to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic companies.

Lisa began her career in the Life Sciences at Tektagen, Inc, a venture backed, contract testing firm serving the biotech and pharmaceutical industry where she was responsible for human resources and administration. In 1998, Tektagen was acquired by Charles River Laboratories.

After assisting in the transition of Tektagen to Charles River Laboratories, Lisa joined the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Association and played a key role in the revitalization of the organization. Her primary role in operations transitioned into Director of Business Development where she was responsible for membership and program development.

During her tenure with the association, Lisa was instrumental in the planning and implementation of comprehensive Life Sciences networking programs in conjunction with educational and information events. Lisa was responsible for helping the organization grow significantly in terms of the number of member companies. She also provided avenues for industry companies to streamline costs through the association's purchasing programs.

In her role as Vice President of Client Services, Lisa will spearhead Ashton Tweed's business development activities in the mid-Atlantic region. Her extraordinary understanding of how successful Life Science Industry executives have built their businesses in this region will be particularly valuable to Ashton Tweed clients.
