Brexit means EMA must find a new home, and so much more
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) is headquartered in London, but since the U.K. voted to leave the European Union, the EMA will now have to find a new home, even though it just moved into its new building two years ago. It is one of many concerns that affect the pharma industry due to Britain’s historic vote.
Already, officials in Italy, Sweden and Denmark have all expressed interest in taking over as the EMA’s host country.
