Biotech unicorn Moderna prepares for sector’s biggest-ever IPO
Moderna Therapeutics, a biotech valued at over $7.5B, is preparing for an initial public offering that could come as early as this winter.
The company, based in Cambridge, MA, which has determinedly stayed private amidst a boom of biotech IPOs, has recruited Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley to manage its Wall Street debut.
