2018’s Fiercest Women in Life Sciences
Things are looking up for women, but while they fill half of the life science industry’s entry-level positions, females make up only 20% of leadership teams and 10% of boards, according to a study conducted by MassBio and LiftStream. Individual companies and industry groups have come up with programs to help move women up the ladder. But these women have their own piece of advice for others looking to advance: Be bold.
