According to consensus forecasts from EvaluatePharma, Roche is set to lead all Big Pharmas in 2026 sales with nearly $62B in expected drug sales that year. Pfizer is expected to take second place with $56.1B. Rounding out the top six, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, AbbVie, and Merck & Co. are all set to pull in more than $50B in drug sales.
