Havel: Express Scripts’ Interim CEO

Express Scripts has announced that CFO Cathy Smith will leave the company. She will be replaced by James Havel, CFO of Major Brands Holdings, on an interim basis, starting January 2, 2015. The company said that Smith was leaving to “pursue other interests,” but it appears she was unable to get along with CEO George Paz.
